RoxanneEdenfield, SSA at the Royal Palm Beach Post Office, is being recognized for herexceptional service. 
Customers John and Nohora McKeen and Al Jabaly wroteletters to West Palm Beach Postmaster Richie Fermo, citing the outstanding service Roxanne gives on adaily basis. 
When customer Al Jabaly was interviewed, he said he has neverbefore written a letter to the Post Office! “Day in and day out” Roxanne gives“professional” and “knowledgeable” assistance to him. “She does not chat a lotand keeps the line moving” said Jabaly. “Roxanne is a feather in your cap” headded.  
Roxanne received an officialletter of commendation from the Postmaster, as well as a Stamp Yearbook set, forher above and beyond customer service!
