- Ability to oversee sales lead generation process in order to achieve revenue targets.
- Ability to analyze growth trends and opportunities.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and participate in customer service programs and activities designed to increase customer awareness and understanding of postal products and services.
- Ability to develop and conduct small and medium-sized business sales workshops and training programs.
- Ability to support others in their execution of revenue generation initiatives and lead programs.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing sufficient to respond to inquiries from the general public and employees, provide technical guidance, and to serve as a liaison to various organizational levels.
- Ability to coordinate with management and union associations to resolve issues and improve processes on lead generating activities.
